The club "Tresor" is in this building, a former power station - I play there once a month. The club uses a separate part of the building. The big hall "modem" is still under construction and can be rented out for limited art events at the moment (no big parties because of security reasons, the hall is very big, there are pits and deep holes in the concrete).
