Kinda following on from yesterdays post on how sound affects us, I came across this post (via Waveformless) on how mechanical objects, such as car doors and bank machines use carefully designed sounds to provide reassurance or provide feedback in day to day life. And they've just updated with another 5 fake sounds as well.
